What vaccinations are required for boarding, day care, and grooming?

Dogs: Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo.
Cats: Rabies, FVRCP; if your cat goes outside, Feline Leukemia.

Except for rabies, I vaccinate my pet myself. What do you need for documentation?

We must see both the vaccine packaging with the date you administered it and the vaccine purchase receipt showing the date of purchase, for each vaccine given.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

We can typically accommodate you on short notice, but we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as you know your travel dates. Please be aware that spaces fill quickly over major holidays as well as over schools’ spring breaks.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you offer a military discount?

We offer a 10% discount on all our services to active-duty personnel and retired veterans. Please be prepared to provide a picture identification.

Do you require prepayment or a deposit?

No. Payment is due upon picking up your pet. However, if it would be better in your situation to prepay or to pay prior to your return, we can accommodate your needs.

Is there a charge or fee if I pick up my pet early?

No. If your pet is staying with us but your plans have changed and you would like to pick up your pet earlier than scheduled, there is no charge or fee for shortening your pet’s stay.

Is there a charge or fee if I cancel the reservation I made?

No. If you have made a reservation with us for any of our services and need to cancel for any reason, we do not charge you for cancelling your reservation.

I have two dogs. Can they stay together in the same kennel?

Yes, though if any aggression issues arise the dogs will be separated into different kennels for their own safety. We can briefly separate dogs who are sharing a single kennel during feeding, if necessary, then allow them back together.
